Pricing for a whole beef is $4.00/lb based on the rail weight.
The average rail weight for a whole beef is between 600lb-725lb.
Your typical whole beef will consist of 360lb-435lb of bring home beef.
For Example:
If beef rail weight= 725lb, 725lb x $4.00/lb = $2,900 (plus processing fees) for beef
* A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to hold this item. Final Payment must be paid in full prior to receiving item. Once rail weight amount is granted, an invoice for Final Payment (Less Deposit) will be sent to you. Nonpayment within 10 days of sent invoice will result in forfeit of item losing $1000 Deposit.
**All Custom Beef is to be booked in advance of a designated processing date. Pricing includes price of Beef ONLY. You will pay processing fees at time of pickup.
***Processing fee will range between $.65-$.85/lb on Rail Weight with a Slaughter Fee.
